This season’s cocktail menu draws inspiration from the sun-drenched flavours of the Mediterranean. A lavender-infused Royal Spritz brings a dash of Provence; a rich blend of Amaretto and apricot pays homage to the Italian crostata and the French financier; and an effervescent, herbaceous creation bridges the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. A sensory and delicate journey for the palate.
