The cuisine
A lively, sincere and generous menu, combining the great classics of Parisian brasseries with more contemporary and technical recipes that are a staple of today’s restaurants.
Sourced from committed suppliers, most of whom are members of the Collège Culinaire de France, the products on the menu come from responsible fishing and farming practices, sustainable agriculture and artisans with exceptional expertise, focused on a sustainable and environmentally friendly economy.

Discover the restaurant
A Parisian oasis in the sky.On the rooftop of the musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, Les Ombres gastronomy restaurant opens onto a panoramic terrace, like a hanging garden of Mediterranean plants. The restaurant is wall-to-wall glass and offers an exceptional view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. During the day, the legendary monument casts a shadow onto the tables with its metallic lace, while at night, its golden lights illuminate the dining area.
During the evening, the ceiling at Les Ombres transforms into a starry sky every hour, addressing a glittering nod to its illustrious neighbour.
