The encounter
Chef Alain Ducasse, whose leitmotiv is transmission and whose mantra is the discovery of new talents, shares with Margot a taste for the essential, and for rediscovering the original taste of products.
They met with chef Alexandre Semperé to create the bar of the restaurant Les Ombres, opened on the roof of the Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum.

Margot Lecarpentier, better known as Margot Combat, the mixologist chef who successfully operates her bar, “Combat” at Belleville in Paris, has just been awarded “Best Responsible Bar” by Bar World of Tomorrow and Time Out Paris magazine.
