Suspended in the Paris sky, with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant Les Ombres at the Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac Museum reinvent itself in October 2022 with a daring menu that focuses on French cuisine, the Mediterranean and invites the Naturalité generation to its table.

To express the major currents of his DNA , Alain Ducasse has chosen to entrust the cuisine of Les Ombres to Chef Alexandre Sempere. A “child” of Naturalité, which he explored with Romain Meder, this young chef is also an outstanding saucier, passionate about sauces and condiments. The cuisine of Les Ombres is indulgent and brimming with energy. The flavours are distinctive. The sauces play a leading role. Your taste buds are in for a delight.
