Suspended in the Paris sky, with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant Les Ombres at the Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac Museum reinvent itself in October 2022 with a daring menu that focuses on French cuisine, the Mediterranean and invites the Naturalité generation to its table.
To express the major currents of his DNA , Alain Ducasse has chosen to entrust the cuisine of Les Ombres to Chef Alexandre Sempere. A “child” of Naturalité, which he explored with Romain Meder, this young chef is also an outstanding saucier, passionate about sauces and condiments.
