At the creation, Margot Lecarpentier, better known under the name of Margot Combat, Chef mixologist who successfully officiates in her bar in Belleville, “Combat”who has just received the “Best Responsible Bar” awarded by Bar World of Tomorrow and Time Out Paris magazine.
Chef Alain Ducasse, whose leitmotiv is transmission, and one of his mantras is the discovery of new talents, shares with Margot the taste for excellence, but also the desire to go to the essential, and above all to rediscover the original taste of products.
The famous Naturalness, one of the three founding pillars of the restaurant’s menu, desired by the Chef and set by Alexandre Semperé and his teams, will also serve as a guide for the creation of the cocktails at the bar, in harmony with “fingertip” cuisine.
The art of unique and refined mixology
For the cocktails ? Exclusive creations (with and without alcohol) by Margot Lecarpentier, served in harmony with a unique menu specially elaborated by Alexandre Semperé and, as a highlight or “must try”, a very special creation in homage to the extraordinary collections of the Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum !
Cocktails with a responsible philosophy
The cocktails are made with local products, without using exotic fruits or vegetables, entirely homemade and in compliance with a zero waste approach shared by Alain Ducasse, Margot Lecarpentier and Alexandre Semperé.
It is in this unique setting under the lights of the Eiffel Tower that the Bar des Ombres takes you on a trip of original taste in all its aspects. Come to the Ombres terrace for a moment out of time…
